I really like this pasta. Directions state 3min cook time. 8 minutes in Colorado. If you like Angel hair pasta, purchase this product, you won’t be disappointed.

Great tasting pasta and easy on stomach

Good pasta
Love the fact that this pasta is made with semolina and no risky additives. I just wish it was not fortified with folic acid. I am not fond of synthetic vitamins and am not of child bearing age to need it.

Quality Italian Pasta
We eat a lot of pasta, particularly angel hair variety. After hearing all the additives that are put in US made product I started looking at other healthier options. This fits the bill.
