I've been using strawberry lemonade Energize for months. Tests results show I am much more hydrated than before. I'm not very active so I didn't think I really needed extra electrolytes, but I'm learning that most people are lacking in minerals that help them absorb the water they drink. I definitely can feel a difference from running to the bathroom less to not getting lighted headed a woozy while fasting.No colorsNo artificial flavors or preservativesNo sugarNo sucralose or bad sweetenersIt's a clean product!My only complaint is it is either too sweet or not sour enough.I mix about 3/4 scoop with about 17oz of water and add a pack of true lemon/lime and it is perfect.I have plans to try the plain lemonade in hopes it is more sour.Not everyone has the same tastes though so I here a lot of people enjoy a full scoop in 12oz of water and other water it down even more than I do. You'll have to find what works for you!It is expensive because the sweeteners used are safer than most other brands that typically use sucralose and aspartame, etc., and the safer options are more expensive. I know because I buy them.I'm willing to pay the extra money for a clean product I can have confidence in. It is worth it!

The flavor is great and it gives me an energy boost! I just mix in a bottle of water or a blender bottle and go.

This stuff is great! I love it! I mix it for my workouts and it helps me. I use to get charlie horses on my calves. I guess I was low on electrolytes. I didn't know. Been taking this daily and I no longer pull my calves at night. Yay for me! I love the tastes of it too.

Idk if this is the norm for this product but it seems to be rotting and the smell is awful. Just opened this 5 minutes ago

I have used this product a long time now and it is superior to any electrolyte powder I have ever used. I drink a ton of water so this helps replace what washes out. I can tell when I need it and I can tell that it is working. It truly energizes and replaces those important electrolytes. I have low pressure drops sometime and this helps me emmensly, helps my muscle cramps too. I use it twice a day sometimes. I love both flavors, I like it watered down a bit as I am like that with fruit juices as well. It is sweet so if you mix it in a good amount of water it will taste less sweet. I can make ice pops out of it as well. This product does not disappoint. I highly recommend, it does the job it is said to do and great quality.

A friend recommended these and we love them. They work well for my husband during a long day writing outside. I used them recently to bounce back after a stomach bug. They worked well.

I love this drink. I have a hard time staying hydrated and I don’t want extra sugar. The price point is great. The taste is great and it really makes me feel hydrated. Dis combines really well with water. I use one of those little handmixers or I just shake it up and there’s no texture..
