H&S Deluxe Jewellery Making Kit Starter Tool Pliers Set Silver Beads Findings - Large

I have just started making some pieces from this set and so far, so good. There are no instructions at all, so I have watched a couple of YouTube videos for beginner jewellery making and it has all slipped into place. The pliers are probably worth the value of the set on their own. The findings, ear loops and beads are a little on the cheap side, meaning that some of the bits are a little smaller than more expensive pieces which can make bending and designing more tricky (shouldn't really expect anything else to be fair, given the price of the whole set) but are perfect for practising with and still make nice looking pieces. I will practice on this set but will definitely be investing in slightly better quality pieces once I've gained a few more skills. Got the bug now …. really fun, really satisfying and a great way to make unique pieces for yourself and to give as gifts etc. You won't regret getting this if you are a total beginner.

I wanted to buy some bead making equipment for rainy days during the school summer holidays. After looking at a range of different products I decided to choose this one. The item arrived the day after I ordered it, which was fantastic.I was impressed with the packaging of the item. It looked nice and I thought that it would make a lovely gift for somebody. Inside there was three sets of jewellery making pliers and various types of plastic beads, metal findings and wire/elastic. The items are good quality for a beginners set and there is enough material to make a few pieces of jewellery. Overall I think the product is good value for money and a very nice starter set.

Bought the starter kit because it had several choices of beads in various sizes, plus they came with 3 different types of pliers. This was good value for money, I only found one bead that was damaged and one earring had a faulty loop to it. Overall, very happy with the kit. There was no instruction book or information to say what some of the clasps and string were and how to use, but as the web is so easy, all the information can be found on that.

Reasonable starter kit for someone who has never made jewellery before. Some basic instructions to accompany the kit would be helpful. Item was bought as part of a gift for my daughter's birthday...I also purchased other beads to bulk the present up as the majority in this kit are plastic and quite basic and I also bought a storage box for all of them to be housed in, as it came in a white cardboard box. There are some nice beads though and certainly everything you would need to get started. It's a good basic starter pack.

The set is ok and I think it is definitely a good starter set if you're interested in basic beading however I did not get the quantity of beads stated and the "cutters" I received were not sharp. Again I would not personally recommend this to anyone who wants to start off with some very basic beading however I would not recommend this for children under ten to use unsupervised due to the small parts and the fiddliness of the tools.
