Love using this when I exercise! When I wear this while working out you can really feel it absolutely saturating your waist, when I take it off after a workout my waist is dripping with sweat, but you can tell after a few uses it's starting to work and define the waist more. Look forward to continued use in the future!

The smell didn't bother me at all to be honest. However after wearing it twice to the gym the material that the velcrow attaches to has came apart now I have wore it 3 times it basicly ready for the bin and I will add a photo doubt that I'll get money back but warning you all do not buy!!!!

Not wide enough, and not thick enough, it keeps curling over to the waist. The smell is overpowering, and lasts smelling for days. Get a brand one, it's worth it. This are not.

Excellent product I have had ones before from sports shops which have been too big and thick but this was lightweight and fitted well under my clothes so it was discreet. Can use in the gym , walking the dogs and cleaning etc and still helps to sweat abdominally
