I bought this a day or 2 ago after I got sick of coaxing water out of my fancy-looking, but frankly useless grohe rain shower head. This new fitting is compatible and easy to fit; just a bit of ptfe tape as suggested and I hand tightened it and it works beautifully! It has improved the low water pressure problem and I can angle it better so I thankfully no longer have water aimed straight down at my head. I enjoyed my shower for the first time this morning rather than cursing it!

It is pretty good value and the shower it produces is OK. I've got poor water pressure so can never get a really good shower but this is better that its predecessor that ended up dribbling the water out, and in the end I removed it and just had the water coming out of the pipe. Thankfully this will do the job for a while. Issues - although it has 5 programmes, only the middle one seems to work properly for me. Could be the water pressure though.

Forty months ago we moved to a house that has a downstairs shower room in the original bathroom. The shower enclosure is large, and the shower fittings rather expensive, yet we have never really used it because of the terrible amount of water dispensed.We decided finally to do something about it, expecting to replace the shower entirely and perhaps even install a pump, which would have been very destructive of the present room.Before proceeding we decided to try a different shower head - just in case. This was the one we chose.It arrived next day, Amazon Prime, and I installed it in about 30 seconds. Then, try the water...Good heavens, the shower is transformed with an excellent full flow. Not sure how a £150 shower head can be so surpassed by one less than £12.Yes, it works!Absolutely recommend it.In the attached pictures, the second is this little beauty (but on its side for some reason), the first flat one, is the expensive but useless one.I'll be abandoning the upstairs en-suite shower now.For the first time also I needed to use the shower room fan as I just didn't want to leave the shower and the room became quite steamy! Additionally, the extra flow of water caused the outlet and tray to fill initially as there had never been that amount of water in the shower before; then it cleared as the water cleared whatever blockage was there.Best buy of the year so far.

Delivery was very fast of the product, the quality is good, however for me its not any better than a normal shower head for power,I was looking to replace it for the large drench type but the performance let it down some. Put the old one back on.

I was amazed how quickly it got delivered. It was so easy to install and it’s very easy to change the different settings on it. It looks stylish and feels great. It’s in overall a very good product and I would definitely recommend.

We were having problems with our existing shower head. The flow was so poor we had to move around in the shower to get wet! Before we invested in replacing the shower valve we thought it would be worth investing £10 on replacing the shower head. It took about 20 seconds to remove the old one and fit this one. It is absolutely fantastic and has totally transformed our shower output. Now it feels like the water is being pumped out at high pressure. Wonderful!!

Very easy to install and improves water flow in shower for how little it costs. If you want even more flow out of the unit remove the little rubber and metal mesh flow restrictor from the unit then fit to shower head unit pipe with PTFE Thread seal tape to stop any leaks from the unit where screwed on.

Easy to fit and the 3 settings are perfect. Would definitely recommend

La compré para instalarla en las duchas de mi negocio. La instalación ha sido perfecta, no tiene fugas y la funcion de poder cambiar el chorro es un plus. De momento 5 estrellas, pendiente de ver la durabilidad.

Perfecto, ideal para la ducha de la piscina.
