The holder is not very stable on its wall bracket, even when the grub screw is tightened up. Looks like a design fault and is very frustrating. Also, when the plunger is depressed, the liquid soap tends to squirt out quite forcefully in almost any direction - I'm getting tired of cleaning the soap off the wall! Otherwise, the unit is good quality and most attractive.

Looks nice but barely dispenses any soap. The spring action is too rigid. Taking it out of the wall now will damage the wall. So, I am going to just leave the non-functional item in the bathroom.

Installed just over 2 years ago, looks nice but does not dispense soap now. Have flushed through with hot water but still does not work with soap. Has a 10 year guarantee as advertised so will try to discuss with Amazon. Extremely disappointed.

This soap dispenser seemed great at first but then 2 of the products i bought the dispenser stopped working.

i like it, it looks really stylish in the new bathroom, a little chunky but it doesn't detract from the overall effect
