Easy connection
No nonsense mc4 connectors. If you’re not sure on the assembly worth watching a ‘how to’ first as once the inner metal connector clicks into its housing it ain’t coming out in a hurry! Easy enough to put together - if you’re doing a gazillion it’s probably worth a proper mc4 crimper however I found a bog standard crimper adequate as I was only doing a few

Work exactly as required
You really need two sets of these - one pair for each cable. Whatever you do, don't test fit the silver connectors as they are one shot fittings! The pins are well tinned, making soldering the solar panel wires a doddle with a 100 watt iron. The outers are a solid plastic and not at all flimsy

A well made low voltage plug and socket, I soldered the connecting cables on instead of crimping. Would definately buy again if needed.
