This bag is better than expected for the price! It arrived very quickly and I am so pleased with it! I got it to take on holiday as my partner and I enjoy taking packed lunches out with us. The cups are a very good thick plastic, and the cutlery is also very good for picnic quality stuff. I am just delighted with this!!! The bag fits a good amount in for the size, and I am pretty sure I will get more of these for friends and family for Christmas! Highly recommend!!!

Luxury? Nope... cheap and nasty, the plates are such thin brittle plastic you can see through them... the glasses are plastic and make drinks taste like the glasses smell... the cutlery was flimsy and unusable in any hands but those of a 6 year old. In fact the only 'luxury' about it was the two napkins, made of a nice gauge of cotton. It's a lot to pay for two nice napkins though.

I carry my 1.5 litre water bottle in the cool bag to work and it keeps my water cool the whole day

Loved the fact that it kept the drink cool, but disappointed at the fact it's quite short, stubby and wide so it doesn't fit any of our drink containers.

Arrived on time. Good quality material. Top is a bit awkward to close because of tight fit. Ok if you close zips from either side towards centre. Tried it out with a cold can of pop two ice packs and was still cold after eight hours.

Recently used this when I went to battle of the proms. It’s much nicer than having paper plates and plastic forks. The only thing I would say is I had to take another cool bag for all food and drink for 4 as not enough room. But for small picnic it’s perfect and easy to carry.
