Q: Ghostek says the back of case doesn't scratch. Is this true?

It does scratch. Mine is always in my pocket and other scratch prone places. The back of mine does have small scratches. Not a big deal for me since I bought the thing to protect my phone which it does very well. It may be scratch resistant but it's not scratch proof.

Q: Hi are any of your cases for the s23+ waterproof?

Don't know because what I received didn't fit.

Q: Is this compatible with a screen protector and lense protectors?

Screen protector for sure. For lens protectors, if they just over the lenses it will be fine for those too. There is a small amount of room between the case and the lens for caps. (Roughly 7/16).
