Lightweight, comfortable and good audio quality.
This headset is lightweight and comfortable to wear, I use this whilst working long shifts and with this headset being about half the weight of my previous one makes it far more comfortable to wear over long periods.The foam earpiece is comfortable and the headband applies enough pressure to keep the headset in place without it being noticeable even when wearing it for long stretches without a break.I find that I am not having to repeat myself during calls like I was with my old headset, I originally thought that this could have been an issue with the phone or network but since switching to this headset I have had no complaints about call volumes.The audio quality is good and seems to be louder than my previous headset without being too loud at the maximum volume my phone allows for.One thing that I have noticed is that the rotating joint where the earpiece connects to the headband has noticeably loosened off after a couple of months, I don't believe this will become an issue soon but could indicate a problem with the durability of the joint.
