Bought this for a friend who liked the steamer I already had
Bought this for a friend who liked the steamer I already had. This one is a different make and has a larger water capacity and a better cable connection point. The only negative of this one is that the refill aperture is smaller than some but bigger than most irons. The box itself is a hoot to read as it was not written by someone with English as a first language.

Disappointed
Pros: The steamer was inexpensive & delivered quickly. It didn't take long to heat up, I found it straightforward to operate and it is lightweight.Cons: The water tank is small. I only managed to steam one blouse, before needing to refill it. The process wasn't any quicker than using an iron and the result wasn't as good (had to iron over the blouse afterwards). Items cannot be steamed flat, as water spills out & soaks the fabric. Similarly, if the steamer is tilted in any direction, the item gets wet. So it can only be used in an upright position and for best results, the section of fabric being steamed, needs to be held taut, which is all quite tricky to do, without getting burnt. I can only forsee using it again on delicate materials, like net curtains, silk lingerie etc...not every day items.

Very cheaply made item from ChinaBrush started to fall apart at first useMost of highly rated reviews on this were in bad English which I think are fake

Stay clear!!!! All other reviews are false. Save your money and buy a proper one
Absolutely horrible. Poor performance and started falling apart after first use due to steam and heat

Best for travel. Portable
I like this product. I have always wanted to buy a steamer mai lt because i am.curious how they work & now that I have bough this, I cant stop uaing it. I now start to iron all my clothes because of the ease of use of this product . I like how it is protable and multifunctional. I do use it as a facial steamer too! Workd wonders. :)I like this product so much, I cant, really think of anything I dislike about it.

Reliable, but not for heavy duty ironing.
Great for travelling. Not the most powerful thing, and be careful not to fill over the max line as it will spit water....however, it’s only a small handheld steamer so it will do most clothes fairly easily. I tried to steam iron my thick curtains and it didn’t really work, but we had some slightly thinner ones in the guest bedroom and it worked for that (although some areas needed a few passes). We take it with us when we travel for weddings, holidays etc and it’s always done the job,

Perfect
I bought an iron which was bad, but this clothes steamer was handy and easy to use, the water heats up quick and even if it’s small it’s easy.

a very good product
a very good product make iron cloths more simple. easy to use don't need to wait long time the steam come out, and less harmful to cloths. i like it because it is convenient ， i don't need to setting board，just iron after wash. would definitely recommend this machine.
