Little boys love this

the kids really enjoyed these toys.

According to my kids, this is a pretty cool transforming toy. It transforms from this weird gray box into this really cool attack plane/chopper. It works every time you put the little mini car in so there are a lot of air attacks happening at my house with this thing. It's a cool toy that my boys have informed me that it's like it's a cross between transformers and a star wars toy, so that's cool. They have also already started asking for the other sets like the sonic jet. Yeah, I'd say my kids love this toy.

I like the idea a lot - it's fun to have something like this automatically transform. But it's a pity that here it doesn't work, and that's my main source of frustration with the toy.The story line is interesting, and I think there is a lot of potential in it. Trouble is, the instructions say to flick the car into the receiving bay, after which it will release a latch and the toy will transform from mode one to mode two. But it doesn't, not really. First issue is the little car. It is really lightweight and unless your kid has the dexterity of Minnesota Fats, it's not going to roll straight enough or with enough force to actuate the lever.ibSo the second issue is the latch itself...it has to be strong enough to hold the whole thing together, but not so strong that this little car can't actuate it...but it doesn't work reliably.So at the end of the day, my kid was manually pushing the bay ramp thing closed to transform the thing - and while it's kind of neat, it doesn't do what it's supposed to. It ended up being frustrating, hence my reluctance to recommend it.

This Havex Strike Chopper is a toy that helps bring out alot of imagination. It is nicely made and it comes with a tiny car that goes into the pod and transforms into the strike chopper. My 7 year olds really liked it. Almost like a transformer and Star wars toy in one my twins told me. They have many fun times with this one, including it in their other vehicles and play. They have already asked me about the other sets such as the sonic jet!

This is a super cool toy. Transformation from funny looking grey box to wicked attack plane/chopper is automatic, and not automatic in the sense of sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Automatic in the sense that it works every single time. Definitely a lot of air assaults happening at my house these days on account of this thing.

I 've always loved Transformers and this is a new line by Havex. This one is cool because it becomes a helicopter. Kids played creatively for quite a while, then went to just changing it over and over. That part is as annoying as the fidget spinners
