Five Stars
Work in progress....1-2-201815.3 W 9V/2.0A (Roughly) Charging rate from an Aukey 10 port USB hub. QC 3.0 to USB Type C to UpTap15.8W 9.23V 2.0A (Roughly) Charging rate from a Tenergy Qualcomm QC 2.0 charger. USB to Type C to UpTapMinutes to Percentage30=10% 120=40% 210=70% 300=100%60=20% 150=50% 240=80%90=30% 180=60% 270=90%So you are looking at about 5 hours to fully charge this from dead. I received mine at a 10% charge level. So going by the chart you get the idea.Interesting enough. At 75% charging the UpTap drops the w/a/v to 8.8W/1.15A/8.89V. So that means the charging table mentioned above is only good up to 75%. Will need to monitor the last 25% longer to see what happens.Edit:So I unplugged it and let it sit for about 10 minutes then plugged it back up and it said it was fully charged. Huh?I will be receiving a 75W/60W USB Type C Charger later this week and will do some more testing then.1-31-2018 EditSo the charging is normal now no more hanging at 75%. It will fully charge at its highest rate of 14W to 16W depending on charging station. It will charge a Samsung Galaxy S8+ at 14W to 16W (9.15V@2.0 or just under that)If using a Type C to Type C cable it may reverse the charging so that the device you are charging will start charging the power bank. This usually happens after the the device is fully charged. To combat this, I use a Type C to USB 3.0/3.1 small cable adapter. Then I plug in the included Type C cable into that and into the device I want to charge. This seems to kill the reverse charging bug.

Lots of power, missing on some important details.
After some months, mostly on standby, this unit has stopped accepting a charge. This drops it to 1 star. This power bank is larger and heavier than I was expecting. it is more than twice as large and more than twice as heavy as the Anker 10,000 mAh that I also have. But this has a nice display, which buys it a little forgiveness. The two USB-A connectors have different functionality, but are just labeled "Out1" and "Out2". Not good. One is a stock 12W USB power port, the other is (supposedly) a QC 2.0 port with substantially greater capability. So look at the product photo and decide which is which! No way to know.(Port 2 is the vanilla port)•• The ports should be correctly marked. ••

Received DOA
I'll update this when resolved. It arrived today DOA and will not charge. Backlight on screen appears to not work. Frustrating because I ordered this next day delivery, and who knows how long it will be before I actually get one that works.

A couple times it charges my Acer and then reversed all power back into the Uptab power bank all by itself it's probably best to keep an eye on it
This battery shows 30-33W in the window when charging both my Dell Inspiron and Acer Switch Alpha. It fast charges my Samsung Note 8 at 4.8W. However, it couldn't charge my Acer when the battery was completely dead but I was able to with my Dell USB C 45W wall adapter. A couple times it charges my Acer and then reversed all power back into the Uptab power bank all by itself it's probably best to keep an eye on it. I've probably only used it less than 10 times so I can't tell if it will last. Overall, I like it especially with the info window that tells you power draw both in and out.

Dead On Arrival
This item didn't work. The shipping package and product were in good physical condition, however the power bank would not function. After two hours of charging with a tested cable and power adapter, the power bank never became functional. Seems to be something wrong with its system, as if the battery pack has become disconnected with the rest of the circuitry.

Excellent power bank
Very nice power bank. I love being able to see how much power a device is pulling, and the USB C PD function works exactly as advertised.
