Great pillows had a great nights sleep

I received my pillow Thursday morning at about 10am and took off the plastic wrapping. After nearly 24 hours the pillow has still not inflated. I have looked for any information to see if there anything more I needed to do and couldn’t see any. I would be grateful for your advise.Janice Sylvester
