MUST remove orange tag to work: Small[<30mm * 10mm], light[6g], twist LED torch. V bright for size
Slughaus Bullet 02 LED keychain flash-light/mini-torch - size/weight by my measurementShort[<30mm long], cylinder[10mm diameter], light[6g inc batteries], twist-on LED torch - v bright for sizeLooks like a bullet [shocker!] with a bright & narrow focus beam. I have it on a key chain - small/light enough that I don't notice it [which is good!]Only on or off [no brightness levels nor strobe] - turn on by twisting it clockwise tight, untwist half turn to turn off [so shouldn't come on accidentally]. Had it a few months and still bright [not used much]I got 'gunmetal' - plain dark grey with 'slughaus' in small white letters on one side. There is also a brass coloured versionPackaging states 30mm long [web site indicates 2.5cm] - I measured the body as ~25mm long & the lens [where light comes from] protrudes ~3mm moreComes with the 3 watch batteries required [have etched LR41 & I measured each at 1.5V] - have to untwist [~6 turns] to remove lens then remove a small orange insulating paperish tag on one battery to enable [I had to scrape off with a knife to remove as it had stuck on]. Not noticing this is probably the cause of some of the "doesn't work" reviews [I initially thought dead as well & also as I assembled batteries wrong way around]Ensure put batteries in right way up - unscrew lens & balance flat end of bullet body on table & put in batteries with positive [flat side with etch] DOWN then screw lens part back onSeems reasonably substantial & at least splash proof due to the number of turns of thread - these untested [as was measuring brightness, claims 20 lumens]Suggested improvements - increased brightness & have a low/high level (by twisting to turn off/on quickly like I do for one of my other torches) ; instead of the orange tag, have a small plastic tab that just pull to remove to enable batteries ; more coloursOverall - Looks like it will do the job i.e. small, light, bright - time will tell on robustness and battery life

This light is awful
If I could give negative stars I would. I backed them on Kickstarter so I received one once that campaign was over. It was a bright light - but - as other have noted the design of the triangular piece that connects to your key ring does not go through the bottom, only clamps to each die of the light, so it is prone to coming off. I lost it twice then finally for good.I contacted Slughaus - surprisingly they replied. Jose replied. He said he’d send me a new one. I thought that was great. I never heard from him again and never got a new one from them.Nevertheless I wanted something very small so I ordered one from Amazon last week. I just got it. It didn’t come on. I took out the batteries, which look like crap, put them back in and it came on. It is incredibly dim. I have more light coming off the reflection of the moon on my teeth. It’s useless. Maybe it’s the batteries, I don’t know. I’m not going to try and replace them. This light, this company, is awful.I’ve had two - believe me, do not buy this light.

A terrific little light for many purposes
I bought this flashlight for its size, not to carry on my keychain, but for very interesting experiment. The dial light in my old Princess phone went out. People who know about vintage phones tell me that I need to have a special insert, a new light bulb, and a transformer to make it work again. All those things would cost more than the phone is worth. So, I went to Amazon and found the Slughaus Bullet 02. It is exactly the right size to fit inside the hole where the light goes. I have cut a rubber eraser to fit inside the wire handle to stabilize the flashlight so it won't get lost inside the phone, attached a string to the wire so I can pull it out, and now I have a bright light for the keypad that I can turn on at night and turn off in the morning. The dial glows like new! (Made me feel like MacGyver, to use an old TV reference.) I couldn't be happier about this, and I suggest my solution to anyone else who has the same problem with their old telephone as I had. It isn't a problem now! And it is so bright that I may buy more of these for various other things and places that need light. This is a great invention, and I absolutely love it. Thank you!

Wrong batteries!
I just want something to function as a fob for my Audi "switchblade" key to make it easier to find in my pocket or on a counter, so the little LED light seemed perfect...and it is, BUT the description says "3 LR44 batteries required". To me this means the batteries are NOT included so I should order 3 LR44s at the same time, which I did. Well, it came with 3 batteries installed (but no instruction to unscrew the 2-part light to remove a small paper insulation patch) and the batteries are LR41s. Now I have a 6 pack of useless (to me) LR44s to return/exchange.

Way more throw than you'll ever know...its even smaller than your tiny toe.
This flashlight is so well designed it oozes quality. I must say after reading many derogatory reviews, I was sceptical, but for 9 buckeroos... you cant lose. I have clipped it to my neck, I won't ever take it off, shower, swim, it will be part of me. There are two ways of turning the light on, 1 by rotating and 2 by pushing the rear end. The latter will only work if the position of the rear piece is in an exact location. The tooling of the thread is of high quality and the O- ring is well seated ensuring water resistance...just get it!!!... you won't be sorry.

It's definitely small in a good way.
It's definitely small in a good way...but light weight in a not so good way. I guess for around 10.00 dollar pricing I shouldn't have expected too much but it just feels a bit "cheap" as in 10 bucks is overpaying. The size is great so if you are looking for something to go unnoticed on your key chain then this is it. But as soon as I got it I immediately thought this is too small and light and I will lose it or break it soon. I feel like if i squeeze hard enough it will bend it so i dont know how long it will last in pocket. If I had paid 5.00 for it I wouldn't care.
