Washed in washing machine for 1.5hrs and still works.
I am using Marshall ANC for more than a year now and I am a happy and safisfied costumer. But last Saturday, I accidentally forgot it inside the pocket of my laundry. The earbud was in the washing machine for 1.5hrs, submerged in water and washed with detergent and fabric conditioner. I was sad seeing it after the cycle. I air dried it in the window will, hoping it will work again. Today, I tried and it WORKS!!!! It still work like nothing happened except it's clean. Now, I'm gonna stick to this brand.

Great While It Worked, But Pairing Issues Ruined It
I was really excited to try out these headphones, but unfortunately, they stopped working after only one month. Initially, they were great, with good sound quality and comfort, but then I started experiencing issues with pairing. They simply stopped connecting to any of my devices, no matter what I tried. After troubleshooting and getting no results, I decided to return them.The only positive part of my experience was the return process — I was able to get a full refund, which was much appreciated. Sadly, I can't recommend these headphones based on my experience.

Average quality earphones
Earphone style is nice but I was expecting excellent quality like Huawei, bose and apple but felt light and average quality. Also sound quality below the expectations.

Bad battery and connection
The style is very nice and Marshall used to be a good brand for audio devices, but this item is not good as usually the brand is. The audio is poor and can’t give much volume, the battery does not last and the connection keeps going off especially during phone call. I hope i can return this item.
