It's easy to use even thought the instructions are in Chinese would recommend

I’ve been wanting one of those for a long time when I pick it out and order it I wasn’t expecting what I received nothing to say it wasn’t from the uk or made here .it has foreign instructions and it comes with a adaptor which isn’t any good, and when you wish to return it the cost come out of my refund not fare at all

I’d like to know how to set the temperature?? Does not work tried to look online to set temperature nothing in English scanned the code in side still no use

Like many at the moment I guess, I'm getting into the world of fermentation and wanted something to overcome the winter temperatures in my home (can't spend fortunes on heating and Amazon purchases ;-)). I therefore researched dough proofers and found there to be a dearth of such devices for sale online. It was either the expensive Brod and Taylor in the region of £180+ or one of these generic Chinese manufactured efforts which are offered by a variety of different sellers, even though they all look the same. Prices seem to vary roughly between the £15 - £30 even though they all look identical. I elected for this one at the lower end of the price range. I've got what I paid for I guess, but so far it's doing the job. Disappointingly, the power adapter is a two flat pin US type but I've overcome that hurdle with a shaving adapter I had laying around. There are zero instructions with the product and with the writing on the thermostatic unit being in Chinese I used common sense and Google to look for instructions associated with the model number on the item. When I tried to scan the QR code with my phone, my Bitdefender antivirus gave me a warning and suggested I go back. Make of that what you will! It's taken a few daytime supervised test runs before I developed the confidence to leave it plugged in overnight, but so far no issues and the adapter doesn't seem to get unduly warm. The proofing case is quite flimsy and the heating pad inside can easily be taken out. I don't see why you couldn't simply place the heating mat in the bottom of a supermarket freezer bag if you needed greater headspace. A supermarket freezer bag with a flat bottom would probably be more robustly manufactured than the bag provided here. Can't really grumble for the price I paid and it's doing the job. Has usefully speeded up my milk kefir fermentation when needed. The flimsy outer case is actually handy at times as you can put containers in that slightly exceed the height dimensions of the product and still manage to zip it up.

Not overly impressed. A cheap quality cool bag with a temperature heat mat included. Cheap and not amazing quality. Not used yet so unsure if worth the purchase but had issues receiving the item as was not informed it was with a neighbour so didn't return although tempted. In essence, unsure of purchase if I am honest.

The picture that you see is of a better made item with straight rigged sides and easy to fold in a reasonable way.What you receive is none of the above, it looks cheap and floppy I wouldn't be able to put my focaccia into it.Not really worth the money paid for it!
