The Allen wrench stripped my 3 of my screws

I would have liked it but the Allen wrench they supplied stripped out the screws on my crane 2. I managed to get the first 2 screws out and the other two stripped out.Right now it is useless to me, not sure what to do at this point.

Does not fit the original Zhiyun crane

I have a Sony A7 III and a Sony Vertical Grip which is similar to a Canon 1DX and it's not the greatest. It will balance but it makes the rest of the gimbal almost unusable. To balance this setup when using the gimbal the quick plate, silver plunger and twist lock all hit the zhiyun crane 2. If you move it slow and pay attention it will sort of work but not good at all. Going to see if I can use washers to balance this gimbal properly because this adjustment plate isn't good enough. Maybe it is for Canon 1DX but when the item says similar setups ...... well on my similar setup it's not good.

It limits movement when used in combo with a 1DX and the supplied allen screw completely strips the screws it's supposed to undo. Watch out.

worked great, no issues with balancing a 24-70 lens. I use my 1dx on it on a daily filming weddings and other events and it helped a lot.
