I really like this product. I have a heavy metal door that is installed a little off level so that it swings open unless held. It was always crashing into the standard door stop with a loud bang and eventually ripping them out of the wall. This stop has a much sturdier install than the screw in types. Very solid. When the door swings you can barely hear it hit the stop. There is a little bounce and then the door stops. I love it. Saved me from taking the door out and leveling it. It was easy to install. Took 5 minutes.

I really hate to give this a one star, but my order arrived with a missing rubber stopper (which is an important part) and a part that doesn’t really go with the product. No instructions or anything like that included. Too bad, I was really looking forward to installing it today. I plan on returning this and getting a different product instead.

I like the first one so well I bought 3 more! I attached ½ x ¼ inch neodymium magnets to the end of the stoppers, and also the adjacent wall. So now if the door is flung open, not only isn't there any banging or crashing, but the doors remain open and locked in place. (note: I applied a light layer of 100% silicone clear caulking to the end of one of the magnets to help reduce the super strong magnetic force of neodymium the magnets). Yes, a bit expensive for a door stopper, but worth the investment.

Just installed today. Just what I needed to keep my front screen door from slamming into my wall and light fixture. Wish it came in black too but I could paint it if needed. You can see in the photos where it is uncompressed in one picture and compressed in the other picture. Like a small shock absorber. The box it came in was a bit confusing, no english writing anywhere on the box, no instructions but not really needed. Came with all the hardware to mount.

Installed this yesterday evening. chose this product as the door is a bit heavier and has already put a hole in my wall. I like how this "slows" the door down. Only concern I really have is if someone will accidentally hits it with their foot as it does stick out a bit more than the usual.

Broke after about a month of use. Does not hold up very well. Rubber end cap piece came off very quickly. Lost the spring function soon after.

Easy to install and feels secure. Hydraulic mechanism works well. Sticks out from the wall an appropriate distance and is attractive too. I loved the way it attaches to the wall, so many door stops have these idiotic designs where they fall off after a few weeks. This thing isn't going anywhere.

This doorstop worked awesome. I had a storm door that had to be stopped at a distance of 7" so I used a 31/2" block on the door together with this great cushion stop and it works excellent. Without it it would have probably broke glass in the door.
