I love this grill
I love this grill. This is built to last and folds up to carry. You can cook for a few or many. This is great for stir fry's , fish fry's ,chili and many other dishes. We smoke our brats on our Rec tech smoker grill, then cook our chili in the matador. We serve brats on warmed buns from the smoker covered with chili. It's fabulous. Great purchase.

Great Unit
I purchased this direct from RT. I own a 680 and wanted to add to my outdoor cooking abilities. This is a great unit. It is easily disassembled into two carrying cases. The workmanship is pretty good, and the pan is very heavy duty. It is a kind of frying pan/Wok where the pan has a slight bevel to the middle creating a area where oil pools. It's not so steep that food will roll towards the center, which gives it a lot of versatility. I fried up bacon, sausage, and eggs quickly and easily. This pan is huge so cooking for large groups is no problem. The way it's set up is that the center is the hot spot and from the center outward the temperature drops off, allowing you to move food to cooler areas to keep warm. Or you can do a huge pot of chili etc, just stir it every now and then. This unit is strikingly similar to the Firedisc which does not come with the extra propane adapter, and costs much more.
