These actually worked really well. I normally use one of the name brands but these worked just as well. No complaints at all.

I was looking for a ginger supplement to try to help out with any possible sea sickness on a cruise. These fit the bill! Took one every morning- don't really know if it made a difference or not- but I had no issues!

Looking at the ingredients these are just ginger supplements. I like that they're easy to swallow and the serving size is only one. I don't like that these have sunflower in it. There are better prices for ginger supplements, so I'd shop around as these are more expensive.
