We have had this tea before and loved it. It is great to drink before bed. The taste is smooth, not strong or bitter. It has become a staple in our pantry.

It was top spicy for me to drink. I did not see anywhere that the spicy taste is noted. I cannot drink it due to my Lithen Planus.

I am trying to work on my sleep patterns while reducing my reliance on OTC sleep aids, so I purchased three brands of "sleepy" teas including this one. I do feel more relaxed after a cup. I've also been monitoring my blood pressure and if I take it a bit AFTER drinking this tea (the others as well), my pressure is lower compared with taking it at the same time without drinking these teas. Reduction of blood pressure isn't one of the purposes of this tea, but it does seem to contribute a little bit (roughly 7/9 points) on top of my blood pressure medicine.

My first time purchasing. I make chilled tea in bulk to hydrate, not only summertime. This particular brand, which has the perfect deep, rich red-brick hue, isn't leafy. A problem, since every other kind of tea I've ever purchased works in the oversized teaball we have. Do all roibus teas come this way?

Open the package and BAM! The aroma of the lemon ginger leaves hits you. So, its the real deal. Material is big, for my k cups to big. So, ground it down smaller in food processor and it works ok. Taste great! Good value for your money.
