don't fall for it. really bad
This chair is not good at all. it is all lose, not comfortable, the arms rest is pathetic. you can't just rest your arm without it changing position that you don't want. if you try to get up, you will lose a finger and the lower back support is a joke. now, I will have to face a lot of issues to return it.Update.The company reached out and offered a solution which was appreciated.Thank you

it's ok, but not sturdy, lacks Lumbar
I purchased and tried 4 chairs, Hbada E3 Pro, Hbada E3 Ultra, Hinomi H1 Pro, Hinomi X1.HBADA chairs aren't sturdy. as parts wiggle a lot. The lumbar support is WAY TOO LOW (should be called tailbone support) putting together requires about 30 minutes for each.Hinomi H1 Pro - the chair is sturdy and extremely well made. Great lumbar support and its nice they offer different sizes for different height of people. I love the recline, but the back of the chair bends and thus it lacks support because of this.Hinomi X1 - it's perfect in every way. The chair is sturdy and looks good. The lumbar support is great. If I had to pick any flaw, it would be that it doesn't recline that far.

Nice chair if it fits your body shape
Has been looking for a comfortable task chair. The leg support seems very nice feature. Read all reviews and determined.Delivered earlier and assembly wasn't hard. I love the quality and love the leg support very much.Problem is on lumber support, especially 2 side support is not even with main lumbar support and it is pushing my rib cages forward. As I am 188lbs 6'-1" and have wide back, these 2 side supports hurts my back after 2 hr of use.If you are big person, consider other chair. Returned and had to pay 87$ return shipping. Disassembling and repacking was a very hard task...

STAY AWAY from this poor quality chair.
I was original excited about this chair. But the chair feels like a mixture of stainless steel and very cheap plastic. After 3 months the back rest broke and no longer stays up. The headrest is finicky and doesn’t always stay in the set position.Have tried to contact the manufacturer twice with no response.Stay clear and don’t listen to the video reviews on YouTube saying how nice this chair is. I guarantee they never used the chair after the video was completed.

Satisfying learning curve
I’ve been using the chair for a couple of weeks now. Initially, I planned to return it for the modern model since I accidentally bought the Ultra. The setup was a breeze, and the packaging was solid. After some serious use, adjustments, and checking out reviews from consumers and YouTubers to learn how to use this chair properly, I’ve found it’s great for extended periods. The Pro model isn’t as versatile, and its headrest doesn’t compare to the Ultra’s.The Ultra does come with a bit of a learning curve, I feel for the price the quality could be better in some areas, but I’m quite pleased with it overall. I highly recommend it if you can snag it on sale for under $700. At its regular price of $900+, I don’t think it’s worth it.I’m a bit concerned about the durability of the foot/leg rest, but it’s holding up for now. After a long day, kicking back in this chair will definitely make you happy—just don’t try to use it as a trampoline!P.S. Read the f#$&@*! manual.

I regret buying this.
The lumbar support didn't move at all like they show in the video. When I was trying to get it to move, the thing fell apart as shown in the pictures. Now I have a $700 chair I can't sit on. I'm not sure I can fit it back in the box to even try to ship it back. I've never regretted buying something from Amazon as much as I did this chair. Oh, and when I went to the website they had a sale for around $500 so that was nice.
