This chicken rub is a combination of spices, seasonings and herbs that add flavour and texture to chicken which are 100% natural without any additives. They can be applied just before cooking, or applied to the food and refrigerated for several hours before cooking for more pronounced flavour. It includes a blend of salt, sugar, black pepper, corn, onion flakes, turmeric, yellow mustard seeds, inner, garlic flakes, oreano and rosemary. A blend of dried and round spices, it is rubbed under the chicken's skin and inside the cavity. Since they're under the skin, the flavourings won't burn; plus they'll infuse the meat.
