I built a cold plunge that is about 225 gallons, that is a lot of water to change frequently so I was happy to find this product. It helps to maintain proper ph and to dissolve the oils that come off your skin. This has gone a long way to keep the water looking good and clean. A great simple solution to extend the life of the water in your plunge.

One of the better cleaners
Having a cold plunge is a wonderful thing to get going in the mornings. But as those of us who use the small ones that don't have all the bells and whistles, changing the water is a pain and a waste of water (unless you use it to water your grass (-; ). I've gone from changing the water every week, to stretching it to about 2 weeks. Just be sure to rinse off to get all the deodorant or any other products you use that may pollute the water. The brand I was using prior to this, I still had to change it every week because it simply wasn't doing a good job. I had a third brand to compare it to, but the cap broke in shipping, so I only have the one to compare it to. Still going to try one more brand, but so far this one has worked great!

Does the Trick
This stuff does the trick to take the slime out of the ice plunge and to clarify the water as it sits stagnant over time. Recommend!

Questionable
I've used this as directed and the only available measure of its effectiveness is the clarity of the water and the water isn't clear after even one dip in my cold plunge. Besides that, who sells a product and doesn't list the contents? The label says to avoid contact with your eyes but it says nothing about what this contains that is an eye irritant.I DO NOT recommend this product.

This cleaner works as expected. It’s easy to use and the directions are clear. It makes the water clear and doesn’t have. Bad smell. It’s a good value.

Wish I knew what was in this.
So, it is working but I wish I knew what was in it. Is it ok to drain the water into the garden? I am happy with it so far.
