the product was cheap and nasty it came stuffed in a dirty used bag no instructions or tips how to use it. the material straps are flimsy and easily broken . DO NOT WASTE YOR MONEY ON THIS CHEAP RUBBISH LOOK AT OTHER SELLERS.
