IMPORTANT: JOYSTICK ISSUES - HOW TO FIXHey everybody, I got this device and had really bad joystick issues with it where it wouldn't point forward or left without resetting on both joysticks. If you google this, theres a guy on reddit who had the same issue. I ordered a couple more from different sellers thinking it was just the device and still found those same issues in the others.FIX: Turns out, theres a firmware update that you can do in the FOTA app (swipe all the way to the right to find it). I had done this at the start when I first got the device, but what was not made clear by the app is that you have to restart for it to take effect. Once I restarted through that app it took effect and the joysticks are working perfectly now.Hoping this review will be helpful for anyone else ordering this from this seller.

I use this thing daily. Mainly playing silent hill 1 through 4 so yeah. Also playing crisis core and Final Fantasy VII. I use the frontend launcher with a different theme which I think is just fine!

Love the device. Seems to be working great so far. I knocked off a star because I have these two circle glass things you see only in the sun or light reflection. Not sure if that's a hardware defect or not. Kind of like the outer ring of a broken glass imprinted. So not sure. Hopefully it's nothing serious. Also very cheap touch screen. You can barely press it and see the screen tear. So yeah. Cheap. but if you can ignore that that. Pretty sweet little device. There's cheaper ways to get this but I couldn't wait.

I had high hopes for this device . This will be the 3rd time I've returned this device . (First time from this seller) every single one I've bought has been defective in some sort of way . The main reason being the screen gets way to hot within a matter of seconds of powering on . The device also will not install simple apps like minecraft. They just keep loading in the install que . I will keep returning and reordering until I have one that works properly. I know it's a defect because the first one I had the screen did not get hot at all but the joy sticks were extremely loose and ever since then every device I've gotton gets unusually hot on one side of the screen . I used to work on phones myself and this device is very similar and this problem only happens when the device has some kind of problem regarding the circuits on the inside eventually leading to the device breaking from not working properly. Would really like to have a device that has not been refurbished because this is also a common problem with refurbished devices.

This one’s excellent. I liked it because it has many great built-in games of exceptional quality and appears to play without issues.The hardware is surprisingly robust and well-made. Ergonomics hold it back from more extended play.It’s a charming standalone system that can play many great games from many different systems. The software and emulator coding are very nicely done. There is a little learning curve to operating the system. It may take a little more study to learn how to load your own ROMs, but this system looks sturdy enough to handle it.It's fun to play with and use, even though the price is a bit high. It’s still worth it.You get a snappy interface with an Android background, updates, and a decent handheld. Most of these features are on the big-name handhelds. Still, this one delivers a lot of fun in the package with features you usually pay a lot more for, including a screen protector.If you want a solid piece of kit to tickle a little of the nostalgia muscle, give this one a go. It’s going to be worth it for a long trip or plane alone.

The media could not be loaded. I would be visiting my kids for the holiday season and I might as well pick up some gifts for my grandchildren! I got the girls their gifts pretty easily, but I had to search for a bit to get this kind of console. I went with a neutral blue gray color as it was simple and looked nice. The sizing and design looked just like the photos with exceptional accuracy. It’s very easy to start and close with just a simple click. It’s designed on the back to have extended areas good for hand placement when gaming. You can easily set the time as well along with color changes and extra app downloads. The storage it comes with is really good for the price. My grandson really loved the console and had a lot of fun messing around with the features. My own son even seemed pretty into it too. The age range on this thing definitely not a set number! In general, I find this consoles design to be super convenient in serving comfortable play, fun options, and an easy space saver.
