Obviously it's not amazing quality because its fancy dress, but it is so beautiful and detailed, the top is perfect - (and you could wear the top with an everyday outfit in my opinion!!) belt is quite small but does a great job of making your waist look fabulous. I felt so awesome in this and got so many compliments and comments. I added added a pirate hat, and a plastic sword, some ruched black boots and a multi-layer stacked pearl necklace and the whole look was STUNNING. So impressed with this

All items did not arrive, there was no belt and no option to get a replacement only to send this back which is not helpful as i need the outfit soon. Sad as otherwise i thought the skirt and shirt were ideal for fancy dress

I ordered this in large and as as size 16 was a little dubious if it would fit - but it did. the skirt fitted well , not to too tight, and was made of good quality material for a dress up. The ruffle on the was well finished and designed well. The top fitted accurately on my my upper arms and you can chose to wear it on the shoulders or off the shoulders- both were comfy. The retro elastic waistband was a little more snug than I would have liked. Clearly it should fit well rather than be baggy, but I honestly had to make sure when I joined the velcro together that I had the smallest overlap possible to give the comfort. It is elastic and clearly meant to stretch, but did leave me wondering whether all the elastic belts supplied are one size on basis of stretch - if you are a size 16UK or above it might be a bit snugger than you would like for comfort. Overall a great costume which you could accessorise well with- particularly a pirate hat- as it does not come with one.

It wasn’t unbearable, but if you’re in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, you might want to size up.Overall, it’s a fun and stylish pirate costume, perfect for Halloween or themed parties, but make sure to consider the fit before purchasing!
