AC06DMS Plug-in Slide Control Dimmer Switch with Locator/Indicator Light, UL Listed, 300 Watt, White, 6-Foot

I bought it 3 years ago and it’s been on a lamp I use very little. But just like the last one I bought, it burned out. Shouldn’t these last longer?

A simple, fast, EZ way to dim incandescent or LED lights. No more three way sockets or searching for a cell phone app.

Loved that I can now sit in my chair and just turn my light on or off so easy. It was so hard to turn the light on and of before at the lamp top. My old arthritic fingers don’t move like they used to.

I feel like this should have lasted much longer than 3.5 years of use. I had older ikea ones before this and they lasted way longer.

Flickered then completely failed after 6 months use. Also, the red light was so bright I had to cover with large black tape. Even then the glow of the encasement was enough to easily see it.

Works pretty good

The indicator light is too bright, unnecessary and annoying. Other than that, it works fine.

It's much easier to fix a broken built-in switch with than a tear-apart cabinet one.
