Soft baked Tates cookies
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I normally like Tates cookies, but I ordered the soft baked and was very disappointed..the package arrived with a sticker that said “refrigerate after opening”..I opened the package and it was very warm..the cold pack was melted and when I opened the cookies the chocolate chips had melted and the cookies were stuck together…I tried to eat one, but the taste was terrible… needless to say, I won’t buy these again and I am very disappointed..

Constantly delayed order.
I LOVE these cookies, but every time I order they get delayed. Current order has been delayed 2 times. I wouldn’t even bother with an online order but finding these cookies in store has been difficult.

Tastes like homemade cookies
These are very very soft cookies almost like homemade compared to a lot of cookies that are crispy these are delicious

Very crumbly. Eat when you are outside so you don't get crumbs everywhere.

Tates cookies
I bought 4 packages of these cookies because they're so good. I'm very disappointed because the cookies are stuck together and very broken and I followed all the instructions when I received them. I guess I know not to ever order them again.
