Heat Pack USA distributed a rechargeable heat pack to wholesalers, retailers and medical markets. When the parent company that manufactured the rechargeable heat pack to wholesalers, retailers and medical markets. His extensive background in marketing heat therapy products, along with a BS in Botany from Oregon State University helped to shape the development and success of Herbal Concepts. As a collegiate wrestler, health and wellness had always been an important part of his life. He has always felt the concepts of heat therapy and aromatherapy should be combined into one product. Thus, a new product was born: Herbal Concepts. The first products were developed in 1996, from start to finish, in the Lindsay garage. Like other great companies, Herbal Concepts started small and quickly grew. They moved to the current location in Clackamas, Oregon in 2002. This location houses the main office, research & development, marketing & sales, manufacturing, shipping and a factory outlet store. They currently employ over 15 year-round positions, adding seasonal help that brings the number up to as many as 50 employees! They manufacture over 30 products, and have 3 brands. Suggested Use: Use wraps heated in the microwave for hot therapy to relax tired, sore muscles and improve circulation. Microwave most wraps for 2 minutes, gently shift the herbs from side to side and place warm wrap on your body for instant comfort. Wraps stay warm because they use heat retaining natural grains like flax seed and wheat. Recommend warming wraps in 30 second increments and checking temperature for desired warmth before using. Every microwave is different, learn your microwave settings, place wraps in microwave allowing turn tables to rotate freely and do not overheat. Use wraps chilled in the freezer for cold therapy to comfort strains and sprains by reducing inflammation. To chill, place wrap in resealable plastic bag and freeze for 1-2 hours. Clean wraps with lightly dampened cloth (spot clean only, do not submerge herb pacs), lay flat, air dry. Wraps with removable covers (Removable Cover Comfort Wrap & erbal Booties only), remove herb pac before washing fabric cover. use mild detergent, wash with like colors, line dry. Do Not Submerge Herb Pac. Store wraps in cool dry place. Storing wraps in resealable plastic bags will increase product longevity.
