Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Very good dashcam for this price. I was surprised to discover that it is actually significantly bigger then my previous cam which I had from years ago. I guess not all gadgets become smaller over time. Comes with mini-USB charger, so I couldn't use my previous charger and had to remove it first. From start to end, installation took about 15 minutes, then I inserted micro SD card and it started recording immediately. See attached video for picture quality. My only complain is that included instructions booklet written in too small font which makes it very difficult to read.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Having a dash cam while driving or taking your beloved car to places will relieve you from worrying about potential insurance frauds, scammers, etc. Video quality is really good with a wide angle lens which is almost 180 degree perspective. It also has a built in Sony sensor so it is able to see and record at night. My favorite feature is the parking/motion detection recording. Most dash cams in the price range does not offer this feature. Loop recording when you ran out of space in your microSD. However, this dashcam accepts any amount of GB size of microSD. The only problem I have is the flickering but maybe that is user error.

This dash cam has one of the biggest features in my opinion, it is easy to hide. Too many of the dash cams are designed to hang down from the windshield which does nothing but draw attention to them. This concerns me because I get concerned that someone will break in my car to steal it and then take other stuff and cause damage. This camera mounts right up against the windshield and it can be mounted up near the top to where it is nearly undetectable. This feature alone gives me reason to like this camera, but then adding the additional features sells me further. The full 1080 camera provides a very crisp picture, and the screen, although small, displays that picture very good as well.

It worked out of the box after I figured out how to read the instructions.THE INSTRUCTION BOOK IS MY ONLY GRIPE!If you have tiny Trump hands, the booklet will make you feel like a giant. The thing measures about 3.5" x 3" and the font is so small that you better have eyes like a 9 year old with perfect vision, or get a magnifying glass. Even with my 1x cheater glasses that I seldom have need for, I couldn't read it without strain. The font size can't be any bigger than 1. Eventually I gave up, put the booklet in my scanner and created new pages that I enlarged before printing. It solved the problem of having something readable and I was truly tempted to give it 4 stars just because of the aggravation of having to find a fix to being able to read the instructions. However, the cam itself is worthy of 5 stars, but perhaps the manufacturer can stop hiring tiny fairies to write instructions on tiny pages.

I'm not even sure if this camera is available for purchase anymore but I wanted to give my long-term review.I know that a lot of reviews on YouTube say that the cameras with the lithium-ion batteries do not last as long in the heat as the ones with capacitors. however this is not been my experience with this camera as it does have a Lithium-Ion battery on the inside. I live in Texas and it gets quite hot where I live and I have not had one issue with this camera. I am surprised at how well it's held up considering it's low price. tonight vision is not great and the footage gets quite grainy at night. I've had a few times where I needed to read license plates and have been unable to do so at night however the daytime footage is great and I like the wedge design because it is very stealth

This dash cam is awesome. the quality of the product is very good and light. the screen is very clear and has no lag on any functions. it is very easy to manipulate. the camera is flexible, so it can be moving in 4 directions: up, down, left, and right. this dash cam has in-built battery, and this surprised me a lot. i did not expect to have a in-built battery on my dash cam. that means if it got disconnected somehow, it will be still recording.This dash cam can overwrite the videos if the memory card is full. i have a 16GB microSD card insert to the camera. it can record up to 2 hours and 30 minutes. it got plenty of room to record, and even 8GB memory card is sufficient.My favorite part of this dash cam is its picture shooting by motion detector. sometime you are in a nice view while driving, but you can't not pick up your phone to take a photo. Now, this problem is solved. all i have to do is swing my hand in front of screen. the dash cam will automatically take a picture for me and make a beep sound too. well done.Drive Safe, My friends.
