Item arrived with a broken lid - same as Rick A’s review. Product was oozing out of the package - I could smell it even before I opened the package it came in. Lots of the product wasted. Will not buy it again.

The media could not be loaded.  Everything was broken and all the gel wasSpill over, after opening the package...Send another, and a package to send bottle back.. Had to put it in the sink.. Clean the bottle... Nasty...

I had high hopes for this since I remembered it smelling good when I used it before but somehow the scent is not as good as I remembered it. Also the way it was package could be better since it came with a broken lid and was leaking all over the package. Sadly will not be re ordering.

my coworker gave me this product as a christmas gift and i have been purchasing this item every since. Beautiful lemon smell.
