When I am pregnant my nose swells and I have a hard time breathing clearly every night. It was such a struggle to sleep until I found these little strips! They work so well, I wear them every night and can breathe clearly and sleep great. The adhesive is strong enough to last all night keeping my nostrils open. I love that they are a natural option. The only downside is that they do leave a mark on your nose with some of the adhesive that you have to really rub off in the morning. I also find that my nose gets slightly red after wearing. Once every week I give my nose a break for a night from wearing a strip and I am good for another week. Great product, highly recommend.

Best product to keep your nostrils open and allow air to flow down to your oxygen processing units. Before I discovered these things I would have to use stiff plastic or metal straws to keep those nostrils open while I slept. This was far from optimal as I would toss and turn throughout the night, and inevitably one or both straws would dislodge or be forced deeper into my nasal cavity. Thank you Breathe Right for giving me a safer way to sleep.

Certainly help with breathing and opening nasal passage. Only thing I don't like is that the residue stays sometimes on my nose but it does come off after a wash so it's not that bad but I thought important to note.

For whatever reason my nasal cavity continues to slam shut on me which normally ends up with one nostril completely plugged and the other with restricted breathing. I have had sinus surgery to open things up, but without constant use of nasal sprays it eventually swells shut. Prescription sprays give me a headache and OTC sprays can only be used for a limited time before it just makes things worse.I am not a mouth breather. Sleeping is extremely difficult as I need to stay in very specific position or I end up feeling like I am suffocating. Usually my right nostril is completely closed so I need to lay on the left side of my face and use the pillow to stretch my cheek to open my left nostril. It is almost impossible to maintain that position overnight, so this has led to many, many sleepless nights.About 10(?) years ago I found these strips and they absolutely changed my sleeping, and waking life! I put one of these on and immediately felt my nose opening up. I got the best night sleep that night that I have had in years. I actually had very vivid dreams that I was not expecting. Apparently REM sleep was something I wasn't getting before as I was constantly waking up feeling suffocated. The next day I was refreshed in a way I haven't felt in a long time.I started with the 2 plastic strand tan version and was happy when they came out with these 3 strand clear. I do feel a slight increase in airflow with these.To people who are having a problem with the strip falling off you are probably not following the directions, or you may have very oily skin. You need to wash and dry your nose or the oils in your nose will break down the adhesive within hours. I was actually having problems with these sticking TOO MUCH to the point where I was getting a red spot at the bridge of my nose from peeling it off in the morning. I fixed this by putting a little dab of Burt's Beeswax lip balm on the bridge of my nose and working it in to the strip as I'm putting it on. The sides stay nice and sticky but the tip doesn't stick as much. A few splashes of warm water in the morning and it slides right off.I do use these nightly and have for years. I have seen no apparent side effects, however when you wake up and take this off you will notice your nose is slightly larger for a little while. As you get moving it settles back to normal, but I do wonder what long term use will do in this regard. As your nose continues to grow over your life I wonder if this may affect elasticity in the skin. But overall I really don't care. I can breath!

it works but does come undone before 12 hours. Repeated use while sick still irritated my skin. It looks like I’m sunburned in the area the strips were placed. I still gave it 4 stars because it did help me breathe. My face tends to be overly sensitive.Update: I came back to drop 1 star because now my face looks sunburned, my skin is peeling and some peeled spots are bleeding. Yes this product works to help you breathe while sick but it damaged my skin.

I was skeptical at first that nasal strips would help with my severe nasal inflammation and congestion. However, they work so well! I think they're actually changing the shape of the nasal passage and making it easier to breathe even when I'm not wearing them. The only drawback is they do leave a sticky residue on your nose that is difficult to wash off. I will take that over not being able to breathe out of my nose though. I sleep with them on overnight and they're still in place the next morning. They work just like a bandaid, but pull apart instead of hold together.

These leave a very sticky residue on the nose and sometimes fall off. I think the nude color ones are better than these.
