Impressed with quantity, excellent instructions to assemble, it took a while to fluff these balls up. But once done they were beautiful. We had a great celebration.

Assembling the pom poms is a bit time consuming but the end result is worth it.

These added a great color pop to our birthday party. The pom poms were kind of a pain so we didn’t use all of them, but happy overall.

The decorations were cute, the poms come in three sizes and three different colors. Assembly was difficult. The assembly instructions are unclear, I had to try it three different ways before getting it to look decent and tore two poms.

Be forewarned, the pom poms took over two hours to assemble! Since they’re made of tissue paper it’s not something you can rush. All in all very satisfied for the price. Received all items mentioned.

WATCH THE VIDEOS BEFORE YOU BUY! I implore you. There are no instructions outside of that.I only got 1 navy blue fan, which I'm pissed about - it clearly shows 2. And aside from the lanterns and the banner, the fans are the only things that looked good and were easy to put together.I don't care about all the pom poms, they were impossible to put together well, I tried according to the video, it looked like an arts and crafts reject and I didn't have enough time to figure out how they did it so well in the video. And they didn't come with any string to hang it up. Be ware.I tend to be a pretty competent user and would have been happy if the second fan was included to balance the display I created.

I used these decorations for my fiancée's birthday and he loved it. Looks really nice, and it was fun to decorate.
