It’s a sizeable reference book with lots of colour pictures. The pictures aren’t the best quality but good enough. The indexing is a bit hard to get your head around but it’s possible. The book gives images of figurines and the details of dates and designers and colour ways. It is invaluable if you are thinking of collecting. I have now got a hit list of which figures I want to collect!

A wonderful history of the royal doulton figures etc beautiful colour pictures of the range of ornaments a very large book a good way of seeing how they were made and painstakingly hand painted . Overall a must for any serious collector.
