Good pads. There's a few shots that find their way between the pads, but for the most part they're a good buy. The mobility is great, and best of all, the cup stays right where it's supposed to. I've never had a cup stay put, but I've never had to adjust it during a game...that's what really makes this product worth the money! I'm 5-11...250lbs
