Overall review
The construction of the chair is sturdy. Easy to put together. Aesthetically the chair looks good. The different positions for the back is great. The slide out stool is easy to pull out and push back. The chair is very firm to sit on. The pillows don't stay in place and require regular adjustments. The chair is narrow compared to my executive chair but that I actually like. One arm adjust higher than the other one. Overall nice chair, but still adjusting to the stiffness of the chair compared to my old leather executive chair.

Chair is great quality customer service is superior. Chair is easy to put together and is extremely comfortable and the lumbar vibrator works great would definitely buy product again.
