Serissa japonica Common Name: Snowrose or Tree of a thousand stars. Growth Habit: upright stems branch to a wide bushy dome. Bloom time: Spring - Fall. even thru Thanksgiving or even Christmas. Trunk: grey trunk. Fertilizing: more during the long flowering period. Family: Rubiaceae An extremely tolerant small shrub. Leaves: variegated and tiny. Flowers: full of tiny white blooms -"Tree of a thousand stars". Mature Height: 3-4 Feet Tall Moisture: Water faithfully, especially during warm weather. Mulch over the roots is very important. Light: Morning Sun afternoon shade is best to show of the flowers. Great indoor plant that would need bright, indirect light to flower. Use: beautiful low hedge, and responds well to pruning. Spacing: larger area hedge 1 foot apart. Great for bonsai or small shrub. Hardy Zones: 7b-10.

Beautiful, healthy plants, ship fast!
I ordered 2 Serissa Foetida’s. This is the nicer of the two after a few months of training and good watering, fertilizer and sunshine. I am so pleased with the beauty and strength of the plant today I am ordering two more to develop into small size Bonsai. Very pleased with their product.

Nice plant
Nice small tree with lots of leaves. It flowered frequently after arrival, but only one or two flowers at a time. Repotted about one month ago, still looks good. Advice on its care would have been nice !

Pretty tree.
This is a cute little tree. It lost a lot of leaves right after it arrived but seems to be improving now. I’m happy with my purchase.

I was a worried because the box was a little beat up, but the plant was packaged well and I'm very happy with Sandy's Online Nursery. Love my Serissa Foetida. Love the price. A little leaf yellowing due to change in environment but it's recovering and flowering well. Thank you.
