They really do mean professional quality!
I was so eccstatic when I received this in the mail! Of course the very first thing I did was open the case to examine the tools. I felt the heft of the grip and found them to be fairly comfortable to hold and work with. Of course the really important part is how good are the blades, to which, I was impressed, was not that chome covered junk you might find in most kits. It is a really nice Gage metal that I look forward to using again and again! After being completely satisfied with the quality of the tools, I went back to look at the case and was again pleasantly surprised by the quality. I think this case will last as long as the tools which really is to say quite a long time!😁

Where have these been my whole life?!
This set is great. The tools are super sturdy and can handle any of your carving needs whether you are into basic carving or the more elaborate stuff. I am used to using those cheap sets from Walmart that you are lucky to finish one pumpkin with before they break. My one complaint is that the hole making tube tools are VERY difficult to clean. They got pumpkin bits stuck in them that took forever to get out. Despite that, I still I love this set. A bonus worth mentioning is that these tools also work great for clay work if you are an artist. So they can get year round use which makes them even more worth the money.

I really like the build and carrying case of these cutting tools
I really like the build and carrying case of these cutting tools but I can't give them a perfect review The cutting set is excellent. I got to try them out this past weekend making these pumpkins. The build quality is excellent. I love the case they come in. I think they will last for a very long time. The only reason why I can't give them 5 stars is that the carving set is limited to carving larger pumpkins. There are no smaller cutting tools that would get the detail I wanted in some parts.

Great for Halloween!
I usually use whatever kitchen tools I have laying around to meet my pumpkin carving needs. This usually results in a less than spectacular looking pumpkin. This year I grabbed this kit due to its great price. I don't have any regrets the pumpkin carving was easier than ever and came out looking great. My only regret is not thinking of ways to use all of the provided tools.

Nice case, but saw tools don't work well
The tools appear like they are high-quality professional tools, but they don't feel that way when you attempt to use them. The saw tools don't cut well compared to the inexpensive Pumpkin Master tools I've purchased in the past (albeit many years ago), and there was not a tool appropriate to cutting the lid or a good tool for scooping and thinning the interior. Overall, I was just really disappointed. The case is nice, and the two punch tools worked well (after I fixed an error in manufacturing on the narrow punch).

Highly recommend this set
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this carving set! The tools are great; very sturdy and the case is well made also. Nice variety of tools. Much better than the sets the grocery stores sell. I definitely recommend this set.

It was helpful
Having all the different pieces was really nice when I carved pumpkins. The saw, I thought, could have been a little sharper and is a little flimsy.

Would recommend
Used them this past Halloween and they were great. My friends all brought their own tools buy ended up using mine for all the small details.
