Don't waste your money!
Lights didn't even work on the hat, took the batteries out and they were corroded, it was too late to return or replace cause I needed it for a Christmas party. Not worth the money. And this was supposed to be a brand new hat.

Cheap fabric, lights didn't work, cheaply made, and not sized as advertised.

like its last gasp of life
White cotton ball fell out of package onto floor...now a cat toy. Lights blinked really fast...for about 5 minutes...like its last gasp of life...then it died. Thin...thin...thin felt...very flimsy construction. But hey...other than that.........
