Error--received Neglecta rather than Carterii as I ordered.
I ordered Frankincense Carterii, I received Frankincense Neglecta. This is not what I wanted. Unfortunately, I was trusting and didn't fully look at the bottle other than to wonder why I had a clear bottle and no metal canister to contain it. I spaced it off. Been a busy summer dealing with Lyme disease so I was distracted. So make sure you check your bottle. I did not receive what I ordered and spent good money on. To lake to return. But figured you could learn from my error. Sure hope they correct the error. Trying to attach picture for proof.
