Super heavy duty for how small they are. I used them to turn my trunk that barely opened into a trunk that opens itself using the springs as a pulley device. When I used to hit the trunk button my trunk would literally open an inch. With the use of these springs when I hit the button, the trunk fully opens like an automatic trunk. And did it for less than $4. That option on my car was an extra $800. So I think it was pretty cost effective and was surprised at how thick and tough these springs are! Would definitely recommend

I used these along with binder clips to make water bottle holders for my pets when traveling by air a long distance. They were the perfect length and very strong and flexible. I also use them to keep the door of the pet carrier and the cage open when I don't want it swinging closed on little tails or toes. A must- have for small pet owners.

This spring works exactly as you would expect, has great tension, and it is nice that it comes in a two-pack for a very reasonable price. I don't expect to need to buy a new one for quite a long time even with regular use.

Measured the broken spring and was able to get one that was almost an exact replacement. Only in place for 4 months so can't comment on the longevity.

I got it to replace the spring on a kids toy. Unfortunately the spring is too stiff. Quality is ok and seems good for what its intended.
