Not Bad!
Bought this for my iPhone xr. Installed in my GMC truck....difficult mounting areas for access for this vehicle. (Not the product's fault) I found a spot near the stereo beside the shifter, not exactly flat but so far the sticky suction cup seems to be holding okay. Only came loose once so far in this SC extreme heat! Charges pretty good! Be careful on how thick your phone case is. If too thick, the design of the bottom and side "catches" may not work well.

Suction Cup Melts in Warm Weather
So I bought this in December. I had given my iOttie to my son for his truck and needed a new stand for car. At first it was fine. It didn't charge sometimes and I figured out if it was a slightly warm day to point the air conditioning on it and it would work. Well a couple months ago the arm stopped working and would drop phone down. I mad it work. Nothing broke on it that I can see. It just feels like the screws loosened or something in the inside. Now in the last month we are in summer and the auction cup is melting. It's all over my window and I can't pry the thing off. It literally drips down my window. I try to clean it off but it just spreads all over my window.

What an awesome product
What an awesome product. Easy to setup. Works as advertised for my iPhoneX. So nice to not have to worry about plugging in my phone every time I hope in the car. Works great!

Not entirely a waste of money
The price for this is in no way justified. The suction cup is made of gummy material that melts in the sun. It doesn't actually have suction; it's made to stick to things like a slug and the suction is just a secondary hold. But as the cup gets older it melts and it no longer holds suction but by then, the material has melted onto whatever surface you place it. The bracket doesn't hold it's grip so it just flops over and it doesn't matter how much you tighten it. Save yourself some grief and get your money's worth with a RAM mount. The wireless charging seems to work so there's that...
