Gets This Keto Gal's "Thumbs Up!"
I follow the ketogenic diet, and lately, I have been using this almond flour to make a "cheesy skillet bread" that goes great with keto chili. I have used 3 different brands of almond flour to make this cheesy skillet bread, and have made multiple batches with this brand specifically, and I would say this brand is one of 2 that has performed best for me. It has a desirably fine texture and creates a nice, light bread, which is a hard result to achieve in the absence of gluten. So I am a fan, and the price is right. I am reserving a 5th star for when I've tested this flour in a greater variety of recipes and can see how it performs in different baking contexts.

Don't buy this. Not as advertised!
I gave it 1 star because that is the lowest I could!!! This was advertised as "super fine powder", but that is only accurate if you think a sandy texture is "super fine". This was most certainly NOT "super fine", fine, or even CLOSE to anything fine. There is NOWHERE on the actual package that states it is "super fine", yet it was advertised it as such. Shame!

Good but not the best
This is working in my recipes but compared to the two brands I usually buy--Trader Joe's or Bob's Red Mill--it's not as good. It's not as fine as those are and this is very evident because it was harder to sift and not all of it went through the sifter. It's clumpy so it needs to be sifted or may not mix well. Also it's clear from looking at it that the almond skins haven't been completely removed. Overall if there was a significant price difference I might still buy this because it was good, but if not then I'd buy the others instead.

Great for KETO
I use this every time i bake. My husband and kids dont mind the taste of this one! I make brownies cookies, etc.Def worth the money if you are trying to go alternative to regular flour, or low carb.

Keto friendly baked goods.
I'm on a Ketogenic diet, and this flour helps keep me sane. I can still bake (my hobby) , but also follow the eating plan's guidelines. This is a nicely milled flour, with fine consistency.I have used it to make an outstanding zucchini bread recipe from Pinterest, as well as used it to "bread" chicken and make tortillas.

Fresh taste and aroma!
I was making keto sausage & cheese balls and stopped as I was scooping out a cup of this flour. I was amazed at how fresh this smelled and the consistency/texture of it. It mixed well with the sausage and cheese and my sausage & cheese balls baked up perfect!! I will certainly buy this product again.

Good quality
This is the only brand I use when making Keto friendly recipes. Flavor is good without being over powering. *caution, label does say that it was made in a factory that processes peanuts if you or your family have peanut allergies. Not entirely sure if it has enough bi-product to be harmful but just in case..

NOT super-fine.
This is REGULAR almond flour, NOT super-fine as advertised. I've bought many different types of almond flour but this is certainly not what it is supposed to be. Very disappointed.
