I received this chair as a gift and was excited at first because it looks really nice. After spending an hour building it I found that the chair is nothing special. A simple office chair is more comfortable. The pillow they include with it will be thrown aside after opening as it is the worst pillow I've ever put up to my head. The recline is nice but very thrifty feeling. I've owned the chair for six months and its already begun to break down. The cheap plastic wheels are falling off, a sharp metal piece in the back of the chair pierced through the leather and is now a hazard, and the chair itself is loose. In an attempt to put the wheels back on (unsuccessfully) some black dust fell out of the swivel plate and stained the rug. No amount of scrubbing is getting that stain out. Overall the chair is cheaply made and not worth close to what they're charging for it. I am now looking for another chair and plan to throw this one away.
