I want it to check my blood oxgenation is still OK at altitude.Only tested at low level but seems fine. Its esay to use, easy to read & correlates with the unit at the GP's Surgery so expect its accurate. Its even got a wrist strap so if it falls off my finger during the climb I won't loose it!For me, its great.If you are not in the best of health and suffer from low blood Oxgenation this may be useful but not perfect. It states it will not be accurate below 88% blood oxygen. (I guess if you are normally a bit higher than that but could fall below it it'll confirm the fact its dropped but not hoaw far its dropped. Maybe ask your Practice's Respiratory specialist Nurse befrore buying?)

I am very impressed with this monitor. In the packaging you can find the unit alongside a lanyard, carry case, clear instructions and batteries included which was nice. As a result, I had the device up and running very quickly with no hassle at all.Pressing the button on the unit turns it on, and it can normally read your heart rate and oxygen levels within a couple of seconds of inserting your finger. The ability to rotate the screen in all 4 orientations makes it very clear to read, combined with the bright and colourful display. The product will then power off automatically when not in use to save power.Having tested this product with a variety of people in a variety of situations, and comparing the measurements against manual measurements and other devices I can say I found it to be very consistent and accurate, once the heart rate has updated which can sometimes take around 5-10 seconds to catch up.Overall, I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple, no-fuss accurate monitor that is very easy to set up and get started with.

I bought this for my little girl because she has a heart condition where her heart will race very fast and it was to give us peace of mind if she began to feel unwell. It arrived super fast and was well packaged. It is very easy to use, my child can do it herself very easily. It comes with a lanyard so she can wear it around her neck when she's walking or at the park etc and also has a little protective pouch to keep it safe. It alarms if the HR or oxygen goes below or above the safe range and also bleeps in time with the heart rate and has clear easy to read visuals. The beeps can be turned off easily if you don't like that option and also can change the display around so it can be read at all angles, great if they are asleep in funny positions. Also when she had an episode of her heart racing we took her to hospital and the doctors attached their own pulse oximeter and this was only 2 numbers below what theirs read so I'd say pretty accurate. Having COPD and also suffering twice with low oxygen levels in my blood, I decided to try to keep on top of it. This has been really helpful to me. I noticed in hospital and at my doctors they have similar ones. I think it has been a good buy and would recommend.

Fantastic little device. Nice and accurate and works well on my adult fingers. Build quality is very good - similar to what I have been tested with in hospital. Batteries are supplied, along with a little protective fabric case and lanyard.Simple instructions. Press the button to take a measurement. Single press whilst taking a reading rotates the screen so you can read the details. Hold for two seconds to stop the beeping. Auto-shutoff after I seconds of no signal (when it cannot detect a finger).I tried it on my 11 year-old daughter and it did have trouble reading her heart rate and oxygen levels, but when we tried it on her toe, it worked perfectly. More experimenting showed her middle finger also gave a good reading, so it is worth checking what works best before you have a problem.I’d highly recommend this product.

I think the oximeter is accurate, I have no way of knowing otherwise but happy to trust reviews. A surgeon friend recommended that I get an oximeter in the middle of the covid lockdown. I was told that a dip in oxygen levels in the blood is, potentially, one of the first indicators that manifest before other symptoms of covid appear. They don't cost the earth so it made sense to buy. one. I'm happy to report that I didn't get the virus but it's reassuring to know that I can check for this vital symptom.

Out of the box the HYLOGY Pulse Oximeter Fingertip Blood Oxygen Saturation Monitor works as expected, after fitting the supplied battery of course.The display is bright and easy to read.I cannot say how accurate, or not, the indicated readings are, however, the HYLOGY Pulse Oximeter does give me readings I can record and track.I would say that if you suffer from any sort of breathing condition this is a useful tool to have for peace of mind.
