Great Taste
I use to be able to get this at my local market. Now it seems that this is the only place that has it. It's also cheaper here. This is an amazing product that I use mostly on things like cubed potatoes or for frying asparagus. It gives a wonderful taste and in the case of the potatoes. Helps to brown them nicely.Go ahead and give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Great cooking oil
I love using duck fat when a cooking oil is needed. It has a rich, buttery flavor and a high smoke point. Also, you don’t get all the chemicals used in the preparation of seed oils and even some olive oils.

Has a high smoke point, not oily, crisps food better than other oils, great for bbq and smoking.
I have primarily used olive oil and avocado oil in my cooking, and recently came across a recipe that recommended this duck fat spray for smoking. So, I decided to try it. My first test was using it on a couple of chickens that I smoked. I first marinated the chickens with a chicken rub and put them in the refrigerator overnight. The next day, I dried the chickens with paper towels, I sprayed on this duck fat spray and sprinkled Montreal chicken seasoning. After smoking the chickens for a couple of hours, I serve half of one of them for dinner. My husband told me repeatedly how good the chicken was. This duck fat spray not only added flavor to the chickens, but it helped to crisp the skin.I also found that duck fat oil is a healthier option as compared to other oils, and can be used for roasting potatoes, steaks, roasted chicken, and so much more. Although I still use olive and avocado oils in my cooking, this duck fat oil has been added to my rotation when I want to crisp foods and add a little more flavor. Personally, I would recommend this duck fat cooking spray. Try it! You may be surprised and happy with the results you get for roasting, searing steaks, and BBQ.I hope this review was helpful for you.

Amazing
If you are a fish lover, this spray is amazing. We have used it on salmon, halibut, mahi mahi and ahi tuna steaks. Fish stays so moist and flavorful whether grilled or pan fried. Have also used it when roasting potatoes or other veggies as well. It doesn’t totally replace PAM spray etc but oh my goodness you will love trying to find new ways to use duck fat.

A staple for cooking!
Duck Fat Spray is a game changer. This stuff is versatile and tastes better than PAM. It's all natural without added chemicals. Other cooking sprays have a lot of added chemicals and can cause an after taste. Not this! Great when cooking eggs, frying veggies, meats, etc... Try Duck Fat spray & you will throw away the artificially flavored sprays! Great Quality at a great price!

Excellent product
This is a great food spray. I use it all the time. It would be nice to have a little more duck fat in the canister but I understand it's an expensive fat. No issues. I would recommend and buy again.

Great for a healthy and tasty alternative to vegetable oils!!
Great for when you need a quick bit of oil to cook anything, and it’s super healthy! It’s easy to use and the taste isn’t overpowering after you cook with it, which was a concern I had when I initially smelled it. I’m happy to say it’s not at all noticeable after cooking with it! It adds depth to the flavor of foods without being noticeable by itself. I use this stuff on every food requiring oil to sauté, or for meats I’m grilling to keep seasonings/rubs stuck on the food while also preventing sticking. My one gripe is the spray nozzle seems to be hit or miss on some cans. Out of the last 5 cans I’ve purchased, one was a squirt gun (not a misting spray) and another one I would intermittently stop spraying (like it was getting blocked or something). Both were still usable though, so not a major problem per se.All in all this is great stuff, and I’m going to keep using it all the time!

Expensive But Worth It
This is great stuff. I spray my pan “lightly” with this when cooking eggs and they come out great! Also use it on any protein that I am putting on the grill just prior to grilling. Works great to prevent sticking and helps make a nice crust. Although this stuff is expensive compared to your normal cooking spray it is superior and you don’t have to use much. No ducks were harmed in the writing of this review.
