Revived my Braun shaver.
My aging Braun 7505 wouldn't hold a charge for more than a couple of shaves, three at the most maybe four.I'm fairly handy and more than versed in the art of soldering and electronic repair. So, I ordered these batteries as replacements. I took a look online and found someone who created a video on this very subject. Really, all I needed was to be shown how to disassemble the shaver. Once that was done replacing the batteries was a piece of cake. The old batteries have to be desoldered and removed of course. I have a solder sucker that worked perfectly for the job. If you don't know what a solder sucker is, search here on Amazon, they'd be happy to sell you one.The only 'hiccup' was that I had to trim the legs of the solder tabs so that they would fit through the holes on the PC board. I used a pair of HD scissors to trim em.I charged the new batteries before I did the swap and after reassembling the shaver, I gave her a go and it worked perfectly. The motor is spinning MUCH faster than it did before the swap, even with the old batteries freshly charged.A job well done, if I do say so myself.

Works for Braun 7526
Firstly, If you are replacing your shaver batteries like this, you must know how to solder. You can't do it without soldering. Anyway, I used these to replace the batteries on my Braun 7526 shaver ( so old it's made in Germany). It works great. Couple of things you need to know. Check out YouTube for instructions on how to dismantle your shaver. You will need a Torx style screwdriver. The original batteries are glued down to the circuit board, so you will have to carefully cut under them with a thin blade to remove them, after cutting the tabs. Firstly, make sure you install them the right way up so the polarity is correct for each battery. You can use the battery tabs for soldering (as suggested in the enclosed instructions) for the top terminals, but there isn't enough room to do this on the bottom terminals (where the cord plugs in) without melting the surrounding plastic. These contacts will have to be soldered to the circuit board (takes very minimal soldering iron contact to do this). Secondly, you will have to trim down the battery tabs so they fit through the circuit board holes. Make sure that the batteries are stuck down onto the board properly and lined up straight, or the battery/circuit board contacts, won't make proper contact with the motor. Lastly, the batteries I received were not charged (only reason I am giving only 4 stars, since this could have been done). At first I thought that they were duds, as I only got a red light and the shaver wouldn't run off the mains either. Referring back the 7526 user manual, new batteries/shavers must be charged for 4 hours for the first charge only, until the green light goes off or blinks. I did this, and it worked fine and held a charge. It's great to be able to put new life into my German made shaver for only $10. Took about 20 minutes total.

Depending on your model of shaver may be slightly difficult to install.
I used this product to replace the battery in my discontinued Braun Shaver. I can now run my shaver for over 15 minutes straight and still have power for additional shaves.

Had me until I went to solder them in...
Nice batteries, ultra excellent packing....but, the plating on the solder tabs is not solder friendly, had to scrape it down to bare metal.

My 20 year old Braun 360 Complete Shaver runs like a new one
The batteries were for a 20 year old Braun 8000 series 360 Complete (Model 5646). The entire procedure involved removing opening up the shaver following instructions found in Youtube, cut off the old batteries using scissors leaving a small tab and soldering the new batteries to the tab remnants. The process took less than 10 minutes. The shaver now is able to hold a full charge, in addition the motor works as efficient as when it was new. Definitely worth the $10 for the batteries.

Excellent. Lasted more than four years in my Braun shaver
I installed a pair of these batteries in my Braun 7526 shaver more than four years ago. Now it's time for a new pair of batteries. I've had the shaver for many years and have installed new batteries many times. Four years is above average life for a pair of batteries in this shaver so I am very pleased with them and am about to order a new pair.

Garbage. Does not Hold a charge after two months. Buy and be sorry if you choose...
After a couple of months of use, and the pain in butt of putting them in, the batteries do not hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. I cannot recommend a product that does not do what it was purchased to do, and why I replaced it in the first place. Very disappointed. Do not buy this product.
