Cheaply made poor quality i
Cheaply made poor quality. The glass is too small for the frame it moves . The clamps to hold the picture down doesn’t line up with the cut out.

Need better quality control on the white outside part of the frame
Same issue as the other customerPackaged wel but looks chipped and scuffed - I ordered two one only has minimal marks but the other has many - it should be perfect coming out of the box. I may return the one but they said they are now unavailable - so I’ll see - but not worth the money if the quality of the frame people will see isn’t so great..:.

Cheap
This is absolutely going back. It looks like something you’d pick up at one of those slightly irregular discount stores. The inner white part has marks and just looks overall very cheap. I can see where it would work for it’s intended purpose, lots of room inside. Maybe you could paint/decorate the inner white portion to help it look less crappy? Definitely not worth what I paid for it and not something I’d display in my home. Returning.Update: I returned this item and was charged $6 out of my refund for return shipping. Amazon customer service made it right but just a heads up.

Arrived damaged
Product had bent corners, discoloration on the white part of the frame in two places, and the outer edges were scratched. Also, the actual frame is for a 4x6 picture but on the inside there’s nothing to hold it in place. I had to tape my picture onto the example photo that was already in there. Other than that, it’s a cute idea.

Not good quality
The first one I received was covered in white paint. I ordered a replacement. Replacement had a light pink frame, not white.
